These annual State Fees must be paid along with our renewal services and will automatically be included in our renewal invoice. Upon receipt of payment and the necessary signed documentation, we will complete the below filings to keep your entity in good standing with the State of Nevada.

• Nevada Annual List of Officers/Managers - $150.00
  This is a mandatory Secretary of State filing which we will complete for you by the last day of the anniversary month of incorporation.
  
• Nevada LLC State Business License - $200.00 Per NRS 360.780, a Nevada Limited Liability Company is required to pay this fee annually to the Nevada Department of Taxation. The actual collection of the Business License Fee is administered by the Secretary of State's office.
• Nevada CORP State Business License - $500.00 Per NRS 360.780, (effective July 1st, 2015) a Nevada Corporation is required to pay this fee annually to the Nevada Department of Taxation. The actual collection of the Business License Fee is administered by the Secretary of State's office.
