Once we have incorporated your new Nevada Corporation or Nevada LLC, a U.S. person is appointed and authorized to open an account in the company name. An independent accountant is appointed to manage the account and issues wire transfers and checks based on your instructions. As the client you will be provided access to the account via an automated telephone service. Unfortunately online access cannot yet be granted.
